Dear Sir
I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you to your adviser, John Moore.
I’ve known John for about 6 years and in that time he has helped with my investments and explained everything clearly in language that I understood. It was important to him that I understood what I was doing. This was unlike my previous experience of investing where I didn’t really feel valued.
The main reason that prompted my letter is that recently I received a letter from my bank that I didn’t really understand and so ignored it. When John came to review my investments and sort out my paperwork he discovered this letter and asked about it. It appeared that my bank wanted to review the investment advice that I had received over the phone. My hearing isn’t very good and so I told John that I wouldn’t be doing it.
Having my best interests at heart, John offered to be present at the interview and if I gave my permission he would listen to the questions and relay them to me so I could hear them. He gave up an hour of his time on 2 occasions to help with this process and relayed my answers to the reviewer which was a great help.
If it hadn’t been for John I would not have made the call and so I would have missed out on the compensation I received for investment misselling. I received a total of £7,000 from my bank.
John has received no payment for this and has refused to accept anything from me. Apart from family he is the only person to look out for me and I thought that you should know that he is not only a fantastic adviser but also a lovely person whose help and assistance I could not do without.
Thank you John and thank you Chrysalis Wealth Management Ltd.
Yours Faithfully
PA Richards
