Before joining Chrysalis Wealth Management Ltd (CWML) Lauren completed her A Levels in Sociology, Psychology and Media. She then spent six years in retail, working her way up to Assistant Manager for a major high-street brand. Looking for a new challenge, Lauren became part of the CWML family in November 2022 as a Financial Services Administration Apprentice. She successfully completed her apprenticeship in July 2024 with a Distinction, alongside passing her CeMAP 1 exam. Lauren now aims to complete her CeMAP 2 & 3 qualifications to become a Mortgage and Protection Adviser for CCFPL, our sister company.
At CWML, Lauren manages all marketing and social media efforts, always seeking creative ways to engage with clients, especially if she can convince someone to join her in a TikTok video!
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has a passion for shopping, traveling and of course, indulging in a well-deserved cocktail or two!
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I needed someone who I could trust to advise me on my pension.
